What I collect
Forms: your name, email, and message when you use the contact, inquiry, or application forms.
Bookings and tickets: your name, email, phone number, and your answers to intake questions, including dietary needs and allergies.
Payments: processed by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.
Coaching: notes from sessions and the written summaries I send you.
Website use: basic analytics and cookies, such as which pages are visited.
Email lists: your email address if you join a list, including the retreat waitlist.
How I use it
To run your booking or ticket, reply to you, deliver coaching and workshops, send what you asked for, and improve the site. I send marketing emails only to people who signed up for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who sees it
I use trusted services to run my business, including Squarespace (website and scheduling), Stripe (payments), Zoom (video sessions), Google (calendar and email), and Substack (newsletter). They process information only to provide their service. I do not sell your personal information.
Sensitive details
Dietary and allergy answers are used only to plan the event. Coaching notes stay private and are used only for your sessions.
How long I keep it
I keep information as long as needed to provide the service and for up to seven years for tax and accounting records. After that, I delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@kreashawebley.com. I will respond within 30 days.
Security
I use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure.
Age
This site is for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
I may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
