meet the woman behind the work
For ten years, I poured my superpower into some of the biggest tech companies in the world (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Lyft). My gift is looking at someone, seeing their unique brilliance, and drawing out their highest, most aligned purpose through the right questions, intentional exercises, and a framework they believe in.
Alongside my tech career, I kept betting on myself. In 2013, fresh out of college, I started a D2C business called Thrift Outside the Box that got me featured on Fashion Bomb Daily. I founded The Wantabes, which grew to 1,200+ teen girls across Texas, and I built Mocha’s Home, a luxury handmade home-goods brand. Every one of those ventures asked for massive action and a little audacity.
Over time, I noticed the best part of my day was always the same: sitting down one-on-one with someone on my team, watching their eyes light up as we worked toward a goal, and mentoring other leaders to do the same.
Then an executive mentor at Meta told me to my face: “What are you doing here? You should be doing this work for yourself, full-time.”
The call had been getting louder for a while. In that moment, I stopped ignoring it, and I left corporate tech to build the work I love.
Today, I bring that same approach to women and conscious teams through talks, interactive workshops, deep coaching, and retreats. You leave knowing what you want, equipped with an actionable plan to get there, and surrounded by a community of peers who understand your journey.
